What NECM is
NECM is a technology and project-execution company in critical minerals.
It helps miners, tailings and waste owners, recyclers, and governments build and secure
critical-mineral supply by integrating established, licensed process technologies and
executing projects with modular, mobile, on-site extraction and refining systems.
NECM does not trade commodities; it builds the capacity to produce them — from the mine
face to finished product.
What NECM does — four capabilities
Modular & mobile on-site extraction & refining (flagship):
transportable, pre-engineered units that integrate established, licensed unit processes —
leaching, solvent extraction, ion exchange, electrowinning, flotation — and process ore
or waste right at the deposit instead of shipping it to a distant plant. Reconfigurable
to selectively target different metals as the feedstock changes.
Deep tech in applied metallurgy: assembling and executing at the
electro-, hydro-, and pyrometallurgy frontier using proven, licensed routes — matching
the right process chemistry to the ore body or waste stream.
Direct mineral extraction: selective, direct-extraction chemistries
(including DLE-type approaches) that pull a target metal straight from brine, leach
solution, or ore — cutting steps, footprint, and reagent load versus conventional flowsheets.
Energy storage on molten-salt electrolysis: the same electrochemistry
that makes rare-earth and light metals, extended to long-duration, grid-scale energy storage.

Who NECM serves
Junior miners with marginal or stranded deposits; tailings and reprocessing owners;
recyclers of black mass and magnet scrap; governments standing up domestic supply; and
larger miners that want flexible, redeployable capacity.
Why now
Critical-mineral supply — especially midstream refining and processing — is heavily
concentrated, with a single country dominating the processing of rare earths, graphite,
gallium, and germanium. The United States and its allies are reshoring processing capacity,
backed by policy and funding (Inflation Reduction Act, Defense Production Act, DoD and DOE
programs, FEOC sourcing rules). The scarce piece is not ore in the ground; it is the
capacity to refine it. That midstream gap is precisely where NECM builds.
